My name is Faith Cole and I'm a registered dietitian and registered nurse located in West Virginia. I provide personalized medical nutrition therapy to help you gain control of your symptoms, improve your lab results, and feel more confident in your food choices. Even if you’re simply looking to build healthier eating habits, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you with practical, evidence-based strategies that truly fit your lifestyle.

Faith's Nutrition Counseling accepts most major insurances, making it easy and affordable to connect from wherever you are. Together, we'll focus on strategies that fit your lifestyle and empower you to take control of your health and feel your best.

What to Expect When Working With a Dietitian

Appointment one:

At your first appointment, we’ll dive in and discuss your current health including labs, diagnosis, exercise, and blood sugar testing if relevant. We’ll also discuss your current diet with an emphasis on creating sustainable changes to improve your health!

Follow up in a few weeks

Typically, we'll schedule a follow up 2-4 weeks after your initial appointment. This allows enough time for you to implement your goals and come up with any questions.

Follow up as needed!

You may choose to follow up regularly or after events such as a new diagnosis, new labs, or just to check in.
