In our one-on-one sessions, we aim to help you gain control of your symptoms, improve your lab results, and feel more confident in your food choices. Even if you’re simply looking to build healthier eating habits, we’ll meet you where you are and guide you with practical, evidence-based strategies that truly fit your lifestyle.​ ​​

We currently offer remote individual sessions and accept most major insurances, making it easy and affordable to connect from wherever you are. Together, we'll focus on strategies that fit your lifestyle and empower you to take control of your health and feel your best.

About Faith Cole, RD, LD, RN​

Faith completed her undergraduate degree in dietetics with Marshall University and her internship with Iowa State University. She completed her rotations at FirstHealth of the Carolinas in Pinehurst, NC. Then, she went on to become a registered nurse, graduating from University of Charleston.

Insurance
​Faith's Nutrition Counseling is currently in network with Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Highmark), PEIA, and UnitedHealthcare.
​
Currently, we're waiving the fee for those on West Virginia medicaid while we work to become in network.
​
